Job summary

• Current Victorian Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for SWTAFE’s Student Success Program and coordinate delivery, quality, reporting and continuous improvement of early intervention activity.
• Interpret student risk information, set priorities, and supervise three Retention Officers; make judgement-based decisions about intervention, referral, escalation and resource deployment.
• Focus on students most at risk of disengaging during the early stages of training.
