Taylors College Sydney, delivering pathway programs to international students for more than 30 years, seeks an experienced Student & Academic Services Manager to lead the SAS function. Reporting to the Director of Student Success, you will oversee student administration, academic operations and records management.

You will manage a team of three SAS Officers, drive regulatory compliance and service improvements, and collaborate with academic leaders and corporate teams across the Navitas network.

• Experience leading student administration teams within higher education.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Strong governance, data integrity and compliance capabilities.
• Expertise in complex timetabling and operational coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with international education requirements and audits.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Student & Academic Services Officers.
• Oversee student administration and academic operations from enrolment through graduation.
• Manage student records, timetabling, academic reporting and service delivery.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and international student obligations.
• Coordinate student complaints, appeals and academic administration processes.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements and service excellence initiatives.
• Build partnerships with academic leaders, professional staff, university stakeholders and corporate teams.
