Job summary

Contec Recruitment is partnering with Queensland's leading builders to recruit experienced Structures Foremen for major residential developments across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. You will manage complex structural works and coordinate formwork, reinforcement and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring extensive foreman experience on mid-to high-rise projects, a background with Tier 1/2 contractors, and a strong safety and quality track record. Willingness to relocate is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Structures Foreman on medium to high-rise residential developments.
• Background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractors or established developer-builders.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, sequencing and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex structural works, coordinate formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning and concrete subcontractors to programme milestones.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across site activities.
• Lead teams within well-resourced project environments and support career progression.
