Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Victoria is seeking a proactive Strategy & Transformation Coordinator to support a strategic partnership with an overseas provider. You’ll coordinate resourcing, governance, and reporting while ensuring cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of transformation initiatives.

You'll help drive workforce planning, monitor progress against OKRs, and arrange governance forums and workshops, contributing to operational excellence across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, business management, vendor management or a similar role.
• Experience working with offshore or outsourced business process and/or technology service providers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience supporting recruitment, resourcing or workforce planning activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and time zones.
• Confidence preparing governance materials, reporting packs and performance updates and OKR tracking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor offshore workforce planning, capability and recruitment activities to meet support needs.
• Coordinate continuous improvement forums, including meeting preparation and action tracking.
• Prepare governance and performance reporting materials; track delivery outcomes and OKRs.
• Manage governance meeting schedules and stakeholder engagement for effective decisions.
• Coordinate travel, site visits and transformation workshops for seamless outcomes.
