Job summary

Wesfarmers Health, based in Melbourne, seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive organisational readiness across payroll, workforce management and people systems. You will lead end-to-end change, training and communications for a large-scale transformation program.

You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to prepare teams for new systems and processes, ensuring adoption and long-term value realization across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management, training and communications in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practices.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing across all organisational levels.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery skills within fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the change, training and communications strategy for business change and transformation.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify organisational readiness requirements across impacted business areas.
• Design and deliver communication plans that build awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead training strategy, materials development and learning delivery activities for different stakeholder groups.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs and implementation teams to prepare teams for new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and change outcomes, recommending interventions where required.
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively support their teams through change.
