Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a proactive Strategy & Transformation Coordinator to support a strategic partnership with an overseas provider. You will coordinate resourcing, governance, reporting and continuous improvement across multiple business functions.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you’ll drive workforce planning, tracking transformation milestones and organizing governance forums to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or business management roles.
• Experience working with offshore or outsourced service providers is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills across multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting recruitment, resourcing or workforce planning activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore provider's workforce planning, capability and recruitment activities.
• Facilitate continuous improvement forums with meeting prep and action tracking.
• Prepare governance and performance reporting materials with KR tracking.
• Manage governance schedules and follow-ups for accountable decision-making.

What you’ll do:

We have a newly created opportunity for a proactive and relationship-focused Strategy & Transformation Coordinator to join our Strategy & Transformation team.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, this role will play a key part in supporting the successful operation of our strategic partnership with an overseas business and technology support provider. You will coordinate resourcing, recruitment, governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities, ensuring strong collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Working across multiple business functions, you’ll help drive operational excellence by coordinating workforce planning, tracking transformation initiatives, supporting governance forums and ensuring key business meetings, workshops and projects are delivered seamlessly

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor our strategic provider's offshore workforce planning, capability and recruitment activities, to ensure our support requirements are met in an efficient and timely way
• Coordinate continuous improvement forums, including meeting preparation, action tracking and monitoring the delivery of transformation and improvement initiatives
• Prepare governance and performance reporting materials, tracking delivery outcomes, business performance and progress against agreed Objectives and Key Results
• Manage governance meeting schedules, follow up actions and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective decision‑making and accountability
• Coordinate travel arrangements, site visits and transformation workshops, ensuring seamless logistics, stakeholder participation and successful follow‑through of agreed outcomes

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in project coordination, business management, vendor management or a similar role
• Experience working with offshore or outsourced business process and/or technology service providers
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience supporting recruitment, resourcing or workforce planning activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and time zones
• Confidence preparing governance materials, reporting packs and performance updates and OKR tracking
