Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch workforce planning, establishment management and resourcing activities.
• Coordinate branch tasking, prioritisation, allocation, monitoring and reporting of work across the branch.
• Maintain visibility of branch workloads, resource commitments and delivery priorities.
• Support recruitment activities including workforce requests, selection processes and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor branch workforce capacity, capability requirements and resource utilisation.
• Prepare executive briefs, reports, submissions and governance artefacts.
• Monitor progress of assigned tasking and support Branch leadership to identify delivery risks and resource constraints.
• Maintain branch workforce data, staffing records and organisational structures.
• Identify workforce risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate responses to workforce-related tasking from ASA leadership and stakeholders.
• Support budget, contractor and labour hire reporting where required.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of branch business management processes.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate outcomes.
