Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Branch Resourcing Officer to support a major national capability program. Based in Adelaide, you will help with workforce planning, resourcing coordination, reporting and governance to ensure the branch has the capacity and capability needed.

You will work with senior leaders, provide trusted advice, and contribute to continuous improvement of business management processes. NV1 security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource management, business operations or program support.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce data and provide recommendations.
• Experience preparing reports, briefs and executive-level documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of workforce planning, establishment management and resourcing activities.
• Support recruitment processes, onboarding and workforce requests.
• Monitor workforce capacity, capability requirements and resource utilisation.
• Prepare reports, executive briefs, submissions and governance documentation.
• Track branch priorities, workloads and tasking activities.
• Identify workforce risks, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Maintain workforce data, staffing records and organisational structures.
• Support budget, contractor and labour hire reporting activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business management processes.
