Michael Page is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst in Sydney to forecast staffing needs, analyse workforce data, and deliver insights to improve scheduling efficiency and operational decisions. The role focuses on leveraging UKG/Kronos to drive workforce optimisation and business performance.

We are looking for a hands-on analyst with strong workforce planning experience and advanced Excel skills, capable of partnering with operations and HR to forecast requirements and optimise resources.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workforce Planning Analyst in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong UKG (Kronos) experience is essential.
• Proven capability in forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning and resource optimisation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with workforce data, reporting and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Develop workforce plans and forecasts to support business needs.
• Analyse data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Partner with leaders and HR to forecast staffing requirements.
• Monitor allocation, productivity and labour utilisation for efficiency.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support planning projects, system enhancements and process improvements.
