Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a Brisbane-based organisation to appoint an experienced workforce planner. The role focuses on rostering, time and attendance, and payroll administration for a large operational workforce.

You will work with leaders and payroll teams to ensure accurate roster data, compliant attendance records and correct payroll inputs. The position offers stability, career growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or rostering in a large workforce environment.
• Ability to interpret payroll, rostering and attendance data.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee rosters and workforce scheduling activities.
• Monitor time and attendance records within UKG/Kronos.
• Review payroll-related data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support a workforce operating under multiple Enterprise Agreements.
• Assist with award and EA interpretation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and workforce data.
• Liaise with operational leaders regarding roster changes and requirements.
• Produce workforce and payroll-related reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives across payroll and workforce management.
