Job summary

G4S Australia and New Zealand is seeking a proactive Workforce Planning Coordinator to support payroll-related processes, rosters and employee data across Australia. The role focuses on accurate payroll, leave, contracted hours, and timely workforce data maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

As central contact for schedules and pay, you will collaborate with multiple teams, manage fortnightly close, and provide guidance on UKG-related queries while supporting broader business areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using UKG is highly desirable.
• Understanding of award interpretation and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate rosters; address roster conflicts; adjust shifts as needed.
• Support contracts and internal stakeholders in maintaining accurate timesheets and ensuring policy compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for schedules, pay, leave and inquiries from employees and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and process fortnightly pay period close requirements.
• Provide advice for UKG-related queries.
• Provide leave coverage and ad hoc support across broader business areas.
• Provide ongoing administration and support.
