Panthers Group is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to lead scheduling, analytics and governance for UKG Pro WFM. You will partner with operational leaders to optimise rosters, balance labour costs, and ensure compliance across the group.

You will translate workforce data into practical insights, driving informed decisions that improve efficiency and operational performance across NSW locations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience turning workforce data into practical workforce planning improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to build efficient rosters balancing needs, compliance, and costs.
• Own and optimise UKG Pro WFM governance and continuous improvement.
• Analyse workforce data to identify opportunities and address overtime and roster inefficiencies.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leaders to support scheduling and planning.
• Maintain data integrity and governance within UKG.
