Responsibilities

• Roster management for 500 staff across two sites, ensuring safe and adequate staffing.
• Monitor attendance, process leave requests, and assist with onboarding.
• Prepare detailed reports and analyze trends for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to workplace policies, confidentiality and security requirements.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management to resolve scheduling issues.
