Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to support the southern ATM portfolio, analysing data to guide seven-year staffing decisions and resource allocation.

You will partner with recruitment, training and stakeholders, build models in Excel, and use BI tools such as Cognos Analytics and TM1 to deliver insights.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in HR or finance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant HR or financial discipline.
• Experience with complex data models and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of a large, complex operational workforce.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders and customer service ethos.
• Advanced skills in building models in MS Excel.
• Experience with MIS including BI tools, data warehousing and intranet reporting; Cognos Analytics and TM1 desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication with confidentiality and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning to support recruitment, retirement planning, training decisions and scheduling.
• Develop and manage the staffing plan for the next seven years and coordinate with recruitment and training.
• Communicate changes to resource allocation levels and outputs to stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support and reporting on workforce data.
