Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Workforce Planning Analyst to support workforce planning with high-quality data analysis, reporting and forecasting. You will manage and analyse workforce, financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps and costs while translating complex information into clear insights for senior leaders.

You will contribute to workforce forecasting and scenario modelling, working with stakeholders across the agency to support enterprise

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience collecting, consolidating, cleansing and validating complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and risks, investigate discrepancies and derive insights.
• Proven ability to produce clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and management summaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, validation and analysis of workforce, financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Maintain datasets, data definitions and mappings to ensure data consistency and traceability.
• Analyze workforce demand, vacancies, recruitment activity, movements, labour hire and costs to identify trends and pressures.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues with stakeholders; document limitations.
