Job summary

Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to support a major property maintenance services contract based in Docklands. You will be responsible for the development, performance, capability and governance of the contractor network supporting service delivery across Victoria.

Working closely with Operations, Performance, Work Coordination, Planned Maintenance, Compliance, HSEW and Finance teams, you will build strong contractor relationships, monitor performance and

• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers or contractor networks in a service delivery environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a capable and sustainable contractor network.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and service providers across multiple streams.
• Ensure contractor capacity meets current and future workload demands.
• Identify capability gaps, performance concerns and resourcing risks.
• Support onboarding and integration of new suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Prepare performance reports and governance documentation.
