Job summary

Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the contract's financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, month-end reporting and finance administration for a major maintenance services contract based in Docklands.

You will partner with operations and leadership teams to drive financial performance, deliver high-quality reporting and provide commercial support for decision-making, while ensuring robust controls and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused finance professional with leadership capability.
• CA or CPA qualification is essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in contract finance, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, accruals and month-end reporting.
• Experience leading finance teams.
• Advanced Excel and experience with financial/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Manage month-end processes, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and management commentary.
• Monitor contract performance with financial analysis and recommendations.
