Job summary

Parks Victoria is seeking a senior Contract Manager – Facilities and Services to lead the management of complex statewide service contracts across the organisation.

You will shape contract management strategies, oversee mobilisation and governance, and monitor supplier performance, expenditure and risk while driving value for money. Collaboration with Facilities, Procurement and Finance teams will be essential to translate operational needs into measurable service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, high-value or high-risk service contracts.
• Experience establishing contract governance and resolving complex issues.
• Knowledge of contemporary contract management, risk, performance management and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management strategies across services including security, waste and recycling, cleaning, grounds and sanitary services.
• Mobilisation and governance across services; monitor supplier performance, expenditure, compliance and risk.
• Provide commercial and contract management advice to facilities, procurement, finance and contract owners.
• Support procurement planning and negotiations for new, expiring or varied contracts.
• Assist with transitioning the Essential Safety Measures program to Facilities with governance, monitoring and reporting.
