Job summary

ASC, Osborne, South Australia, seeks a Business Design Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Business Design Manager, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and partner with stakeholders to analyse complex challenges and design future-state solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business analysis, business process design, or transformation delivery in complex environments.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong BPM, capability mapping and requirements definition expertise.
• Ability to engage, influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of organisational change management in large-scale transformations.
• Qualifications in BA, Lean, Six Sigma or related discipline are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and business process design across major transformation programs and projects.
• Mentor a team of Business Analysts and Super Users to deliver design outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to document requirements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, capability models, customer journeys, user stories and benefits frameworks.
• Translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Program Managers, Change Managers, Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement of business design methodologies and practices.
