Job summary

ASC is seeking a Business Design Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Business Design Manager, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes and drive change across ASC.

You will combine hands-on business design with people leadership, shaping how ASC evolves processes, capabilities and ways of working to deliver lasting value in a dynamic transformation environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires significant experience in business analysis, process design or transformation delivery within complex environments.
• Experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and business process design across major transformation programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Super Users.
• Facilitate workshops to identify and document requirements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, capability models and user stories.
• Translate complex challenges into scalable solutions aligned with objectives.
• Partner with Program Managers, Change Managers and Enterprise Architects.
• Champion continuous improvement in methodologies and tools.
