Job summary

ASC, Australia’s submarine company, invites applications for a Business Analyst within the Workforce Transformation program. The role sits in the Business Design team and partners with Change, Communications, Technology and Testing to bring structure to issues across the organisation.

You will elicit requirements, map processes, perform gap analyses and support the Workday implementation, working with stakeholders at all levels and across agile and waterfall deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements with stakeholders across a large organisation.
• Strong ability to map current and future state processes and design operating models.
• Conduct gap analyses and assess business impact of changes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate business requirements across the business.
• Run current state assessments and build future state workflows and process maps.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify where automation and redesign add value.
• Contribute to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments and value propositions.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and problem solving.
• Identify data migration, integration and reporting needs.
• Support delivery through to implementation and measure benefits post-implementation.
