ASC is seeking a Consulting Value Realisation Lead to bridge external expertise with internal capability. You will lead governance, assurance and capability development, ensuring engagements deliver measurable outcomes and transferable knowledge across the enterprise.

Based at Osborne, SA, this full-time role requires a strategic mindset, senior stakeholder influence, and a track record in transformation within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Management or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading business transformation, governance or capability initiatives in complex organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and enhance governance frameworks, operating models and assurance practices.
• Strong people leadership with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating objectives into scalable outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, transformation or complex environments ( Defence, infrastructure, government ) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance ASC's Consulting Value Realisation function, driving enterprise-wide capability and impact.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, assurance practices and value realisation processes.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team delivering strategic support across the business.
• Partner with business leaders and Procurement to strengthen engagement planning and outcomes.
• Drive knowledge transfer, organisational learning and capability uplift to reduce external reliance.
• Monitor, measure and report consulting engagement performance and value realisation.
• Provide trusted advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders on value and capability.
