Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business design or related discipline within complex digital/ICT environments.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability.
• Experience in largeAustralian Government ICT or digital transformation programs.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation with significant technology change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and undertake business design activities to understand current-state services, processes, capabilities and operating environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply human-centred and business design approaches to ensure solutions consider user, operational and organisational needs.
• Map and analyse business processes, journeys, capabilities, roles, interactions and dependencies across complex service environments.
• Develop artefacts such as current/future-state process maps, operating models, capability maps and service blueprints.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, researchers, architects and product teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business design practices, tools, methods and artefacts across ICT programs.
