Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Transaction Banking Manager to deliver specialist transaction banking, payments, and digital solutions to Emerging Corporate clients. You'll partner with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and drive cash flow improvements and automation.

In this role you'll advise on payments, receivables, liquidity management, API connectivity, and host-to-host solutions, helping customers streamline processes and grow their banking relationship.

• Deliver tailored transaction banking, payments, and digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer portfolios with cash management and payments.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to develop customer strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Provide specialist expertise across payments, receivables, digital channels, liquidity solutions, and fraud tools.
• Consult with customers on automation, API and host-to-host connectivity, and integration solutions.
• Support customers with complex payment requirements to optimise working capital.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
