Job summary

Westpac in Orange, NSW is seeking a Transaction Banking Manager to support regional customers and lead revenue growth by delivering specialist Transaction Banking and digital payments solutions. You will partner with Relationship Managers across Commercial and SME Banking to identify opportunities and deepen customer relationships.

The role requires strong banking experience, regional industry knowledge, and a customer-centric advisory approach to help acquire, retain and grow portfolios.

You’ll be right at the heart of supporting one of Australia’s most important industries as part of our regional team. This is a full-time role based in Orange, NSW where you’ll work closely with regional customers across Orange, NSW and surrounding regions. As a Transaction Banking Manager, you will drive revenue growth by delivering specialist Transaction Banking and digital payments solutions that help customers optimise cash flow, streamline operations, and support business growth. Partnering closely with Relationship Managers across Commercial and SME Banking, you will identify opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and provide strategic advice on Transaction Banking products and services to acquire, retain, and grow customer portfolios.

What will I need?

• Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking and payments products.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship management, customer engagement, and business development.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver revenue outcomes.
• Strong, demonstrated experience in banking with a strong understanding of regional industries
• Proven sales, consulting, and advisory skills, with the ability to provide tailored customer solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
