Eaton is seeking a driven Territory Manager to join our CPC Components team in Sydney. You will grow and maintain business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and End-Users, reporting to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components.

You will build relationships, present Eaton’s value proposition, and identify opportunities to deliver integrated solutions aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably a mix of business development and account management.
• Electrical knowledge preferred.
• High level of technical/product knowledge in automation or power distribution.

Responsabilités

• Achieve profit plan (budget) through orders, sales, price, profitability and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with the assigned customer base, including product updates and required reporting.
• Identify and qualify new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and qualify key projects for Eaton solutions across the segment.
• Influence key decision makers on the benefits of Eaton's Value Proposition.
• Identify and influence specifications and procurement aligned with strategy.
• Provide solutions based on customer needs and your product/market knowledge.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sales Team to execute key projects within budget.
• Act as customer advocate and negotiate major contracts.
• Understand products, market segments, competitive positioning and feed into planning processes.
