Job summary

Eaton is seeking a driven Territory Manager based in Sydney to grow and maintain business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and End-Users. You will report to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to provide Eaton solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably a mix of business development and account management.
• Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred)
• High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profit plan (budget) through orders, sales, price, profitability and growth
• Build and maintain relationships with the assigned customer base, including product updates and reporting
• Identify and qualify new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets
• Identify and qualify key projects for Eaton solutions
• Influence key decision makers of the Eaton Value Proposition
• Provide solutions to customers based on their business needs and product/market knowledge
• Liaise with Strategic Sales Team to execute key projects
