Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within the electrical industry.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and project risk.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams in complex project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies and delivery frameworks.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting and commercial outcomes.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, safety and delivery objectives.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
