Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience within the electrical industry.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and project risk.
Strong customer relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead teams in complex project environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex electrical infrastructure projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies and delivery frameworks.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting and commercial outcomes.
Identify, manage and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, safety and delivery objectives.
Drive project governance, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
