Job summary

Eaton seeks a driven Territory Manager based in Sydney to grow and manage business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, OEMs and end-users. You will report to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components, and engage with a diverse set of stakeholders to present Eaton solutions.

Key duties include achieving profit plans, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating major contracts while leveraging Eaton’s value proposition and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• As a Territory Manager you should have a minimum of 3 years in sales.
• Electrical knowledge or trade background is preferred.
• Experience with automation or power distribution products is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profit plan through orders, sales, price and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and key projects within the segment.
• Influence specifications and procurement aligned with Eaton's strategy.
• Provide solutions based on business needs and product knowledge.
