Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical roles, including architecture or consulting.
• Experience with MSP or IT services is strongly preferred.
• Ability to define technology roadmaps funded by clients.
• Proven ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own technology strategy and 12–36 month roadmaps per client.
• Advise across managed IT, Azure, M365, security, networking and endpoints.
• Scope initiatives into project briefs for delivery teams.
• Define CNS advisory artefacts and elevate the advisory standards.
