CNS is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead technology recruitment across Australia, the UK and the US. You will own end-to-end processes, build relationships with leaders and proactively attract exceptional talent for CNS’s growing needs.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership team, shape recruitment strategy, and strengthen CNS’s employer brand while managing international search assignments and a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive search or headhunting experience in IT/Tech across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of technology industry and major employers.
• Established network and ability to approach passive candidates.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment from briefing to contract and induction.
• Forecast staffing needs with managers and build a candidate pipeline.
• Headhunt and build relationships with top technical and leadership talent.
