Job summary

Terra Firma is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technology and digital transformation programs across multiple teams. You will navigate complexity, drive delivery and foster collaboration to achieve strategic goals.

The role requires deep experience in project coordination, strong Agile knowledge and excellent stakeholder management. You’ll contribute to data analytics or cybersecurity initiatives and help shape executive reporting and governance.

Qualifications

5+ years in project coordination or delivery roles within technology or transformation.
Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery principles.
Experience supporting Project, Program or PMO activities.
Exposure to project financial tracking and budget management.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project delivery across multiple teams and workstreams to align with business goals.
Track and report delivery progress, risks and dependencies using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
Support budgeting, resource planning and forecasting for Agile initiatives.
Produce executive-level reports, dashboards and status updates.
Contribute to projects involving data platforms, analytics or cybersecurity, ensuring standards compliance.
