Terra Firma is seeking a Project Coordinator in Melbourne to support technology and digital transformation initiatives. You will navigate complexity, drive delivery, and foster collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating delivery, tracking progress, providing executive reports, supporting budgets, and ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining governance and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or delivery roles within technology, transformation, data or security projects.
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery principles.
• Experience in project, program, or PMO support roles.
• Exposure to project financial tracking and budget management.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating projects involving data platforms, analytics, or security is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery across multiple teams, squads and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using various tools.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical leads to ensure timely and quality outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting across Agile initiatives.
• Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
• Contribute to projects involving data platforms, analytics, or cybersecurity, ensuring coordination with standards.
