Job summary

Terra Firma Pty Ltd in Victoria is expanding its Project Management practice and seeking experienced Project Managers who excel in consulting, helping clients solve business and technology challenges. You will lead projects, build stakeholder relationships and deliver outcomes across diverse engagements.

Joining our collaborative team, you will work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments, travel to client sites as required, and contribute to the growth of your consulting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business, technology and transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• The ability to work effectively with executives, business leaders, delivery teams and vendors.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• A consulting mindset and the ability to adapt to different client environments.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Leading business and technology projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Developing project plans, timelines, budgets and forecasts.
• Managing governance forums, steering committees and reporting.
• Building strong relationships with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
• Managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitating workshops and project planning sessions.

• Providing advice and recommendations to support client outcomes.
• Ensuring successful project closure and handover.

We're growing our Project Management practice and looking for Project Managers who enjoy working in consulting environments and helping clients solve business and technology challenges. Working across a variety of client engagements, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead projects and transformation initiatives, and deliver successful business outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to work with different clients, industries and delivery environments while continuing to develop your consulting capability alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent will be viewed favourably.

You will be comfortable working with clients across Victoria and attending client sites as required.
