Job summary

PERSOL’s client in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a close-knit two-person TA function. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across retail support centre and corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

You will bring 2-4 years of recruitment experience, be organised, a strong communicator and skilled at building trusted stakeholder relationships.

• 2-4 years' recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Organised, commercially minded and highly accountable.
• Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from brief through to offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, interviews, references and offers.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, stakeholders and recruitment agencies.
• Support onboarding and key employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and hiring metrics.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvement and candidate experience initiatives.

We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Melbourne CBD team.

Working within a two-person TA function, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across retail support centre and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent.
