Job summary

carsales is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to partner across Technology, Product, Data, Marketing and Corporate functions in Australia. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment, improve processes within SmartRecruiters and HiBob, and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to engage high-value candidates.

Qualifications

• Expertise identifying, engaging and attracting top talent across diverse roles.
• In-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced People and Culture environment.
• Hands-on ATS management with SmartRecruiters preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management with Hiring Managers.
• Motivation to learn from diverse people within carsales.
• Flexible and self-motivated with momentum maintenance.
• Hosting and engagement skills for attraction events.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across carsales and subsidiaries, delivering great candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Develop events and workshops to attract top talent.
• Manage cyclical talent events like graduate and early careers programs.
• Focus on engagement, diversity, quality of hire and retention through outreach and market mapping.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to attract and engage talent via coaching.
• Partner with People and Culture on business projects.
