Ticketek Entertainment Group in Sydney seeks an experienced in-house recruiter to lead the candidate journey. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, partnering with HRBPs to set role scope, criteria and timelines while improving communication, transparency and engagement across the hiring process.

You will source proactively using direct search, networks, referrals and talent pooling, contribute market intelligence and salary benchmarking, and maintain accurate pipeline

Qualificações

• Approximately five years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniorities.
• A genuine passion for service and clear, professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of vacancies from role scoping to onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define roles, criteria and timelines.
• Execute proactive sourcing via direct search, networks, referrals and talent pooling to reduce agency spend.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to inform offers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS and report on timely hiring metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and internal mobility initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and manager enablement.
