Job summary
Comensura is seeking a senior Talent Delivery Manager to lead the talent operations for a portfolio of contingent workforce programs across industries. You will coach and grow Talent Delivery Partners, oversee delivery to enterprise clients, ensure compliance, SLAs, and optimal workforce outcomes.
You’ll partner with executive leadership to define operating models, introduce innovative talent products, and drive continuous improvement across MSP, Contingent Workforce solutions, and RPO
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, senior recruitment operations, or workforce solutions.
- Experience leading delivery teams supporting complex enterprise portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, governance, and VMS/ATS processes.
- Experience using data to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Delivery Business Partners and Coordinators to deliver for enterprise programs.
- Build a high-performing team focused on accountability and outcomes.
- Own operational talent delivery across assigned programs and ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage workforce fulfilment from requisition through to onboarding.
- Oversee risk, escalations, and supplier challenges; drive improvements.
- Monitor sourcing performance and drive speed-to-hire and quality outcomes.
- Provide insights to stakeholders to support client objectives and growth.
