Job summary

Vertage Global is seeking a Talent Delivery Manager to lead the talent operations for a portfolio of contingent workforce programs across enterprise clients in Oil & Gas, Insurance, Finance and Mining. You will manage a team of Talent Delivery Business Partners and Coordinators to ensure compliant placements and service excellence.

This leadership role focuses on performance, governance, and continuous improvement, shaping operating models and future talent products to drive customer outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in MSP or contingent workforce environments.
• Experience managing delivery teams for enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management, KPIs, SLAs, and governance.
• Experience using data to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Delivery Business Partners and Coordinators.
• Own operational talent delivery performance across programs.
• Ensure contract SLA compliance and workforce outcomes.
• Lead recovery plans for service levels and fill rates.
• Oversee mobilisation from requisition to start.
• Monitor sourcing and delivery channels for optimization.
