Job summary

Comensura is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Government Managed Services team in a hybrid setup. You will act as the main liaison between hiring managers, recruitment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient contingent workforce recruitment processes.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or recruitment coordination, experience with MSP/RPO environments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in KPI-driven environments and stakeholder-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience within MSP or RPO settings and VMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contingent workforce recruitment activities with hiring managers and suppliers.
• Maintain compliant, efficient recruitment operations and SLA adherence.
• Provide onboarding documentation and system guidance across teams.
• Support vendor management activities in the VMS (requisitions, bookings, extensions).
• Deliver customer-focused service and stakeholder updates on KPIs and processes.
• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and stakeholder reporting.
• Resolve Level 1 disputes between clients and suppliers when needed.
