Job summary

Comensura Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Talent Delivery Manager to lead the talent operations for a portfolio of contingent workforce programs across enterprise clients in Australia. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure compliant placements, and partner with executive leaders to introduce innovative talent products and service lines.

You will lead Talent Delivery Business Partners and Coordinators, focus on velocity, quality, and governance, and leverage VMS platforms to optimise outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in MSP or contingent workforce environments.
• Experience managing delivery teams across enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, governance, and VMS/ATS processes.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Delivery Business Partners and Coordinators.
• Build a high-performing team focused on accountability and customer outcomes.
• Own operational talent delivery performance across assigned client programs.
• Ensure achievement of client contractual SLAs and workforce outcomes.
• Lead recovery plans when service levels fall below expectations.
• Resolve complex delivery issues and manage escalations.
• Oversee workforce mobilisation from requisition to commencement.
• Monitor sourcing and delivery channel performance to optimise outcomes.
• Improve speed-to-hire, quality, and retention.
• Maintain visibility of labour trends to support delivery success.
