Job summary

Comensura is seeking a Talent Delivery Coordinator in Sydney to provide end-to-end workflow coordination across recruitment and workforce management activities. You will work with Talent Business Partners, sourcing experts, suppliers, and offshore teams to ensure job orders and contingent processes flow efficiently.

You will maintain systems and records, monitor milestones, and support data integrity and compliance throughout the lifecycle, enabling high-quality stakeholder outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, workforce operations, or HR administration.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and progress job orders using approved processes and service standards.
• Coordinate Talent Business Partners recruitment activities including postings, submissions, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support contingent workforce activities including extensions and closures.
• Monitor workflow queues and milestones to minimise delays.
• Liaise with partners to ensure timely progression of recruitment and workforce activities.
