Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in commercial specification sales.
• Experience in the building materials industry is preferred.
• Ability to prospect, manage accounts, negotiate and achieve results in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with specification partners, architects, specifiers and designers to secure product specifications.
• Generate market demand through territory management, meetings and presentations to drive sales.
• Identify, visit architect firms and related clients to expand market influence and project specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives, regional and national teams, and core functions (marketing, logistics, legal, finance) to align strategies.
• Proactively identify problems, develop solutions, and improve processes.
