Job summary

Specify Pty Ltd is seeking a results-driven Specification Manager for NSW. You’ll own the specification pipeline, build relations with architects, designers, builders and joiners, and champion our premium decorative products from concept to completion.

You’ll cultivate networks within architecture and design practices, protect existing specifications, and actively win new opportunities while managing multiple priorities with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in specification or project-based sales within the building & construction industry.
• Strong relationships with architecture, design, or commercial building sectors are advantageous.
• Track record of winning and protecting specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary brand ambassador across NSW and own the specification pipeline.
• Build, protect and grow specifications with architecture & design practices in NSW.
• Engage project teams to keep specifications on track through to order.
• Develop relationships with major commercial joiners to support orders and forecasting.
• Deliver engaging presentations and provide ongoing technical support.
