Due to an internal promotion, Stramit is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Specifications to drive specification growth across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
This is a senior, highly influential role responsible for creating demand and driving specification opportunities with architects, engineers, builders and developers during the design phase of commercial projects. Working closely with the National Commercial team, Regional Sales teams and
Commercial Account Managers, you will generate opportunities, build strategic relationships and ensure projects progress through the pipeline and ultimately convert to sales outcomes.
This is not a transactional sales role. We're looking for a strategic relationship builder who can identify opportunities early in the project lifecycle, influence specification outcomes and develop long-term partnerships with architects, engineers, builders and developers. Success in this role comes from understanding project drivers, providing technical expertise and creating opportunities that deliver sustainable growth over time.
As a key member of the Commercial team, you'll also act as a trusted support partner to the leadership team, helping drive pipeline visibility, sales engagement and specification outcomes across the region.
