Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or operations management within trade/industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms like SimPRO, AroFlo, or Jobpac.
• Experience supervising internal administration and offshore support desks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job allocation balancing preventive maintenance with urgent callouts.
• Mentor and supervise local and offshore admin and customer care desks.
• Ensure invoicing and cost verification in collaboration with accounts.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and job management platforms.
