Formación
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master's with 8+ years of related experience.
- Expert-level or equivalent: PMI, CCNA, CCIE certifications preferred.
- Experience leading service delivery strategy across complex, high-value accounts or regions.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L, margin, and revenue management.
Responsabilidades

- Maintain margin, revenue, and cost objectives with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Lead negotiations on scope and pricing with customers and vendor partners.
