Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Delivery leader to shape and execute delivery strategies across complex, high-value accounts.

You will drive financial performance, align cross-functional teams, and leverage Cisco’s AI and automation capabilities to deliver transformative customer outcomes. You will engage with executive stakeholders, lead strategic initiatives, and mentor junior delivery managers while standardizing processes for scalable growth across accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master's with 8+ years, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience leading service delivery strategy across complex, high-value accounts or regions.
Strong financial management, P&L, and executive negotiation skills.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, delivery tools, and automation frameworks with AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee delivery strategy across complex, high-value accounts or regions.
Collaborate with Delivery Directors and Theater Financial PoCs to meet margin and revenue objectives.
Drive delivery innovation leveraging Cisco’s product portfolio and AI capabilities.
Lead strategic engagements with executive stakeholders and represent delivery in QBRs.
Design scalable, customer-focused delivery solutions using AI and automation.
Scale delivery operations with cross-portfolio automation and standardized processes.
Manage negotiations with customers and vendor partners on scope and pricing.
Oversee rollout and pilot programs of AI/automation solutions, integrating feedback.
Mentor and coach junior SDMs and peers to improve CX outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders to influence technical strategy and customer relationships.
