Qualifications

• 3+ years of SDR/BDR or lead-generation experience in Australia.
• Proven ability to open conversations with founders & senior buyers.
• Experience building multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social).
• Strong written communication that sounds human, not scripted.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target Australian accounts across industries.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships; hand opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain CRM records and contribute to market intelligence.
