Job summary

Tarkine Consulting Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach to senior leaders across Australian enterprise. You will convert warm leads into booked meetings, using LinkedIn, email and CRM tools, while maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and pursuing ongoing prospects.

You will report to a mentor-style leadership with a clear path from outbound to broader Business Development responsibilities, enjoying equity in outcomes and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months hands-on outbound sales experience; not a graduate program.
• Confident initiating contact with senior executives.
• Strong written communication and professional phone manner.
• Genuine organisation and CRM discipline.
• Resilience and coachability; comfortable with rejection.
• You will not be responsible for solutioning, pricing or closing.

Responsibilities

• Work warm, engine-qualified leads to booked meetings.
• Cold call, LinkedIn, and personalised email outreach to senior leaders.
• Qualify prospects before booking meetings.
• Book meetings and brief the Founder with account research.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and follow up cadence.
• Nurture interested prospects not yet ready to engage.
